Deposits and Bookings

1.1 Non-Refundable Deposits:
All deposits are strictly non-refundable. Deposits can be transferred to a new appointment if the rescheduling request is made no less than 72 hours before the original appointment time.

1.2 Rescheduling Within 72 Hours:
If an appointment is rescheduled within 72 hours of the original appointment, the deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to secure the rescheduled booking.

1.3 Company-Initiated Rescheduling:
The company reserves the right to reschedule appointments within 24 hours of the scheduled time, providing a minimum of 12 hours’ notice. In such cases, the client is entitled to one additional rescheduling opportunity at no extra charge.

1.4 Late Arrivals:
Clients arriving more than 5 minutes late for their appointment will be turned away, and their deposit will be void. A new deposit will be required for a future booking.

2. Pre-Appointment Requirements

2.1 Consultations: All clients are required to attend a consultation appointment prior to any colouring or hair extension services. Failure to attend a consultation may result in the appointment being canceled, and any deposits forfeited.

2.2 Patch Tests: Patch tests are mandatory for all colour-based services.

New clients must undergo a patch test at least 24 hours before their first appointment.
Returning clients may request additional patch tests at their discretion or based on stylist recommendations.
Appointments cannot proceed without a valid patch test.

3. Referral Discounts

3.1 10% Referral Discount: Clients referring a friend are entitled to 10% off their own service on the same day as the referred friend’s appointment. Discounts cannot be applied across multiple days or appointments. Each referral discount is single-use only.

3.2 Additional Referral Bonus: For every five (5) referred friends, the referring client is eligible for a one-time 20% discount on a future service. This discount can only be redeemed once and is not transferable.

3.3 Verification of Referrals: The company reserves the right to refuse referral discounts in cases of suspected fraud, discrepancies, or doubts regarding the legitimacy of the referrals.

4. Hair Extensions

4.1 Hair Supplier: Hair Nova Finchley exclusively uses GL Hair Extensions as the supplier for all extension services. The company is not liable for any issues with the hair itself, including but not limited to:

Discoloration
Matting
Lifespan
Quality
Clients experiencing product issues are advised to contact GL Hair Extensions directly.

4.2 Client Satisfaction Confirmation: Clients must complete and sign a feedback form confirming they are satisfied with the colour match, length, and installation of their hair extensions before leaving the salon.

4.3 Complaints and Investigations: Any complaints regarding the installation of hair extensions will be subject to an investigation conducted by the salon manager or senior stylists. The resolution will be determined based on the findings of this investigation.

5. Service Requirements and Additional Costs

5.1 Service Bundling: All colour treatments and hair treatments must include a wash and blow-dry or a wash, cut, and blow-dry. These services are charged at an additional cost.

6. Payments and Refunds

6.1 Non-Refundable Payments: All payments made to Hair Nova Finchley are non-refundable. This includes payments for services, deposits, and hair extension purchases.

6.2 Hair Product Refunds: Hair purchases are non-refundable under any circumstances.

7. General Terms

7.1 Right to Refuse Service: Hair Nova Finchley reserves the right to refuse service to clients who violate these terms, exhibit inappropriate behavior, or fail to comply with appointment requirements.

7.2 Amendments to Terms: The company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes in advance.

By booking an appointment with Hair Nova Finchley, clients agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
